New Mexico: New Mexico Environment Department, in conjunction with the New Mexico Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee (WTAC), approved the Eliminite system as a Class 3 (highest treatment level) wastewater treatment technology, appropriate for residential, community and commercial applications.
Colorado: The Eliminite system has served Colorado communities and businesses since 1999, and it is certified for statewide use as an advanced treatment technology by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
